ReferFront does not contact the person being referred as part of the referral process unless we specifically state otherwise for a particular feature.

We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, and security services.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or the security of the Service.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Referral Information

Referral activity necessarily involves sharing information between members. If you submit a referral, the information you provide may be made available to the requester who receives the referral.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate basis for providing another person's contact information to ReferFront for the purpose of making a referral.

You should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for making the referral and should not submit sensitive personal information that is unrelated to the referral.

Once referral information has been provided to another member, that member may use the information to contact the referred person. ReferFront is not responsible for how another member uses information after it has been provided to them.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation, security, authentication, and functionality of the Service.

We may also use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the Service, measure usage, identify technical problems, and improve the Service.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or other sensitive payment credentials.
